Will the Telford Journal return?

Owners of the Shropshire Star & Telford Journal, Midland News Association, is looking at potential job losses, according to reports by the BBC and Hold the Front Page.

MNA print managing director Graeme Clifford, said: “The review of our portfolio could, regrettably, lead to redundancies as we look to secure a sustainable future for the company in these unprecedented circumstances.

“Our priority is to support members of staff whose roles are potentially affected by the changes and, while we are in consultation, it would be inappropriate to make any further comment at this time.
“In the meantime, we will continue to focus on our core titles, including the Express & Star and Shropshire Star, to ensure that we continue to serve our loyal readers and advertisers both in print and online.”

The Telford Journal was delivered free of charge to thousands of households every Thursday by a small army of newspaper delivery staff until March, when it was suspended due to the Coronavirus.

Haven’t had a journal delivered to my letter box in over 2years. Whoever delivers them either stands them on my gate, of shoves them over/through so that if it’s wet or raining, we cannot use it. Might as well not have it at all.
Who organises the delivery? Who do I complain to?
