Knife Angel, cuts loose

Knife Angel, cuts loose

The iconic Knife Angel sculpture has now left Southwater for pastures new.

Arriving in February, it spent much of its time in Telford under lockdown. It should have gone back at the end of March but that was postponed until yesterday.

Telford & Wrekin Council have said that 80,000 people have seen it while it was here, however one Google reviewer only gave it two stars out of five.

Did you get to see it?

Was brilliant to see, esp some of the messages inscribed on the blades from victims of knives, very sad that so many people still use knives to kill and maim our young people. Very poignant message 🙁
