Wellington Cinema is just the tonic

Telford's independent cinema, Wellington Orbit, is offering grant-funded tickets to those most in need of a pick-me-up.

"Thanks to a successful National Lottery bid in August, we were granted funding to provide free movie tickets at our state-of-the-art cinema to help encourage optimism throughout our community after a long period of isolation.

"We are now looking to invite even more members of our region who are in need of a positive impact upon their mental health and wellbeing following this second lockdown period.

These include
– Disadvantaged groups
– People or groups who have been isolated over the lockdown period
– Groups, charities, volunteers or businesses that have supported the community throughout the lockdown period
