Telford breathes a collective sigh of relief as just one car burned out overnight

Telford breathes a collective sigh of relief as just one car burned out overnight.

Mill Bank in Wellington was the scene of the latest car fire according to Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service.

The estate car was alight by around 11pm last night and is the latest in a series of car fires blighting the town.

Victims have included many ethnicities, a range of ages and different makes and models so before you jump into my DMs from your Mums house in Halifax and tell me its obvious who it is because everyone knows, then please call 101 with your proof. I’m sure the whole of Telford will be thankful.

Wellington making the press again for all the wrong reasons. It has become a dangerous place to live. Cheap if you’re looking for a house though!

Why are the police not patrolling wellington? Therefore putting people off this disgusting behaviour what do we pay them for?

The amount of car fires over the last thew months is crazy atleast some of these fires must have been caught on CCTV or been witnessed by someone. By the comments over the last thew months police don’t seem to be doing much to reassure the community

Looks like Telford Live knows for certain that there is no connection linking the fires. Is it just a normal occurrence to have so many fires in the space of a week?

Not very impartial TelfordLive I enjoy the work you do, so please keep your opinions out of it and keep it factual.
Normally you do great work but this is a little disappointing.

It really is time for the Police Station in Wellington to be fully operational and for Police to be on foot patrols. This country is very close to anarchy now, whatever your beliefs are. Well done to the Fire Service, always do a fabulous job.

I’m guessing it’s probably a bunch of 15 year olds or something, the victims are all randomers with no reason to believe they’re part of anything bigger, and it’s making such a stir on here and they can easily get away with it, it’s probably a laugh for them

Tommy has claimed that he has proof of who did it to his car, but the police won’t take his evidence.

Like most things not every single case will be related but it’s pretty clear theres a link between these cars and grooming gangs in Telford.

This filth and scumsucking rag… Telford live and the left winger marxist twat in charge… The communities of Telford know all too well the Police are crooked and bent, taking backhanders from criminals, money launderers, drug dealers and covering up for the most horrific grooming gangs the Nation has to witness…. And you wants the people to go to them? Twat.

Need police patrols and security in wellington itself but never get it the only thing the council care about is the town centre

Time for the council to put CCTV up in the most affected areas. Real people know what’s going on. And then you have the left who are living the lie.

So glad the end part was added to this post. I’m sick of people playing detective inspector of social media and jumping to the wrong conclusions.

Wow only one. Isn’t one not bad enough? Maybe we should have civilians patrolling the streets at night then they will soon get caught and dealt with!
