Having missed years through weather and plague, Wellington Charter Day celebrations are back on Saturday.
Relive the Kings messenger arriving on horseback from 1244 granting the good people of Wellington a Charter to hold it’s market, and specifically ensuring a huge range of pick n mix supply to the town for over 800 years.
Watch as the Official Ale Taster checks the quality of beer and the scone contest hots up at The Pheasant.
