Off-Road Bikes, off Road

Off-Road Bikes, off Road

These off-road bikes were seized by West Mercia Police Officers in Lake End Drive, Homer Lake, last summer.

In December 2022, the matter finally came to Court where the offender was issued fines to the sum of £1,058. In addition, they have also received six points for driving a motor vehicle without a licence & no insurance.

Reckon they actually HAD a driving license to put points on? More likely a Tesco Clubcard

There was an informal agreement years ago with the local policing team that they would turn a blind eye to off-road bikes being ridden on the wasteland between the EP and Halesfield as long as there were no bikes being ridden on footpaths. I helped get that agreement. Idiots kept on riding their motorbikes from their houses through Brookside and over to Halesfield so that was knocked on the head. These people are their own worst enemy, they can’t be helped.

Police seize these bikes whether they’re on the road or off, fair enough if they’re on the road but if they’re off road in the woods or on a field there shouldn’t be an issue
