Beer. And. Cheese. Event for Wellington MicroPub

Award winning beer writer Laura Hadland is taking her popular beer tasting events back out to venues during February

Following on from a pre-Christmas Imperial Stout extravaganza, and an alcohol-free beer tasting just last week – both of which were sold out – Laura has announced a Telford date for your calendar.

Beer. And. Cheese

This time you can enjoy the food pairing of dreams – beer and cheese – with Laura at The Boot Micropub in Wellington. Held on Wednesday 22nd February, the event costs £30 per person and will feature a guided tasting of six beers. Each beer will be matched to a cheese, supplied by Boot neighbours, The Walnut restaurant.

Laura is a Shropshire-based food and drink writer & photographer. She is the author of 50 Years of CAMRA, named Best Beer Book in the World 2022 by the Gourmand Awards and won the award for the best low and no alcohol beer writer in the country at the 2022 British Guild of Beer Writer Awards. Her writing has featured in a range of publications including The Telegraph and Reader’s Digest, and she writes regular columns for Vineyard Magazine and CAMRA’s What’s Brewing.

Tickets can be booked at http://www.bloodygoodbrews.co.uk/beer-and-cheese-pairing… or direct from The Boot, Wellington and its sister pub, The Coracle in Ironbridge.
