[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]At number five we have the fantastic Shifnal Cricket Club display.  Held on November the fifth, always a good start, and a few fairground rides bar and food stalls.

Top Tip: Park in town car parks or go on the train from Telford.  There is a real ale festival at Shifnal Mem next door!

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]At number four we have a bonfire and firework display at The Wheatsheaf, Chetwynd Aston near Newport.  Held on 7th November, the stand out thing for this event is the music from Two Faced Tom & the Bootleg Boys. It’s also free!

Top Tip: Get there early for the free sparklers.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]At number three is the Wellington Cricket Club Fireworks Display.  Also held on 7th November, this event just gets bigger and better every year with fairground rides and two bars.   Gates open at 5:30 with the main display taking place at 7:30. The only parking is for disabled folks.

Top Tip: Park in town or come on the train and walk up Haygate Road.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]At number two is the Fireworks Night @ Blists Hill.  Also held on 7th November, visitors will be able to enter Blists Hill at 6pm on the evening of the fireworks event to see the streets illuminated by gaslight as they would have been in the 19th century. The town’s shops, cottages and workshops will be open for visitors to enter and talk to the ‘resident’ Victorians, dressed in the costume of the day, who will answer questions about life in the late 1800s.
