  • Perhaps they could have gotten sick whilst on strike?

Sounds like a “I can’t be arsed to work Saturdays on the run up to Christmas” to me…

  • We used the train a few weeks ago when alot had gone on strike. The staff at Telford railway station were fantastic. So helpful. The trains were packed and although we had reserved seating we couldn’t get my husband in his wheelchair on at all. So they called a taxi and paid for 1 from Telford to Birmingham. They even told the taxi driver to drop us right at the theatre instead of the station so we didn’t miss our show. Such a brilliant service
